Delivery & Shipping Policy

This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with AnythingWitchy.

1. Order Processing

All orders placed through our website are processed once payment has been successfully received.

We operate using UK-based dropshipping fulfilment through Ancient Wisdom Dropship (AW Dropship UK).

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, subject to stock availability and order volume.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from delivery time

  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays

2. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • United Kingdom

International shipping may be offered in the future and will be clearly stated at checkout if available.

3. Delivery Methods & Times

Delivery is handled by trusted UK courier services used by our fulfilment partner.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK Standard Delivery: approximately 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery charges:

  • Are calculated at checkout

  • Are based on order size, weight, and delivery location

  • Will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase

5. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that not all delivery services include tracking.

6. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items:

  • Items may be dispatched separately

  • You may receive more than one delivery

  • There will be no additional delivery charge beyond what you paid at checkout

7. Delays & External Factors

While we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Circumstances beyond our control

AnythingWitchy is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details

  • Orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address

If an order is returned to the sender due to address issues, additional delivery charges may apply.

9. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at:

10. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
