Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through AnythingWitchy.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) within the 14-day cancellation period.

2. Returning an Item

Once you have notified us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging where possible

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Used or opened items

  • Personal care, bath, or body products

  • Incense, oils, wax melts, or similar consumables

  • Earrings or intimate accessories

  • Items sealed for hygiene that have been unsealed

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

These exclusions comply with UK consumer law.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds:

  • Will be issued to your original payment method

  • Will be processed within 14 days

Original delivery charges will be refunded where legally required.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Allow processing time

  • Contact us if more than 14 days have passed since approval

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Please return it in accordance with this policy

  • Place a new order separately

8. Returns Address

Returns should not be sent back to the delivery address shown on your parcel unless instructed.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct returns process.

9. Dropshipping Fulfilment Notice

We operate using UK-based dropshipping through Ancient Wisdom Dropship (AW Dropship UK).

Returns are handled in coordination with our fulfilment partner and may require additional processing time.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
